Thanks so much, very helpful. So what will be the issue where you will not be issue the key. During closing. Some examples or delays you from getting the keys or lander have some issues, that needs to be settled.
Hi there! Typically anything that could cause a delay, such as permitting, weather instances or qualifying issues, would be recognized earlier in the process allowing for plenty of time to adjust to your new settlement date. Listen in to future episodes as we do address potential delays, though they are not common.
I thought that it was very informative. It was good to get an outline of exactly how the steps go. 👍🏾

Very informative podcast! We just bought Ryan homes at NJ. Your sales persons are simply superb. As first time buyer, we were very anxious and had many questions. The salesperson (Sarah) was very supportive and provided us the assurance/comfort in moving forward with this big decision! Keep up the good work…

I was wondering if you have a den in a villa with doors can they be changed to pocket doors or barn doors. You said something about adding windows or bathrooms in a home.

It was informative BUT it could have been at least 10 minutes shorter. I did not care for the chit chat.
