Decided to listen to this podcast again as my home is getting closer to the framing and eventual Pre-drywall meeting. I definitely appreciate the weekly updates from my PM Matt and his patience when my questions may seem a bit quirky. More than anything, I greatly appreciated him notifying me of an issue that had to be rectified even when it threw things off schedule by a few days to a week.
