Thanks for the info on mortgages. I think waiting on mortgage approval is the most stressful part for me. Hearing the steps that go on behind the scenes and the approximate time of approval once the application is filled out is very reassuring to me. I have heard quite a few horror stories of people waiting on mortgage approvals for months, paperwork being lost and being homeless because of it! I stopped reading stories because it was stressing me out to much.

Thank you for this podcast! I have been back and forth with the loan officer for over 2 weeks and the application is HOPEFULLY being submitted this week so I can start the 30 day clock and just give it to God’s hands!
